Pulse Focus uses data you choose to share from your compatible wearable account to present local wellness signals and optional break reminders. It is a personal productivity tool, not a medical device, diagnostic service, or emergency service.

Data commitment

Designed to keep sensitive data close.

Local by default

Health observations, detector decisions, and preferences are stored on your Mac. Tokens are stored in Keychain.

Minimal access

The app requests only the wearable data needed for current features and does not capture keystrokes, window titles, or screen contents.

Clear control

You can disconnect at any time. Disconnecting removes locally stored wearable data and credentials from the app.
