Pulse Focus is provided as a personal wellness and productivity tool. It may display delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency assistance.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether Pulse Focus is appropriate for you and for maintaining the security of your Mac and connected accounts. Do not use Pulse Focus as the basis for medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions and seek emergency services when needed.
3. Third-party services
Pulse Focus may connect to Oura services only after you authorize that connection. Oura is an independent third-party provider. Pulse Focus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oura. Your use of Oura services remains subject to Oura's applicable terms, privacy policy, and API agreement.
4. Data access and consent
You control whether to authorize access to your Oura data. You may revoke that authorization or delete app data at any time through Pulse Focus. We will use authorized data only to provide the local functions described in the Privacy Policy.
5. No warranties
Pulse Focus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and fitness for medical use. No third-party provider, including Oura, makes warranties to you through Pulse Focus.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Pulse Focus nor any third-party provider, including Oura, will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising from Pulse Focus or third-party data availability.
